We would just like to say thank you to all patients who have attend the PATCHs drop in sessions over the last few weeks. Turn out to these sessions has been better than we expected, people have been patient, polite and thankful to the staff running these clinics. We know you have had to wait but we have wanted to ensure all patients left these sessions confident in using PATCHs.

Soft launch of Patient Triage starts next week, meaning if you were looking to call for an appointment from Thursday 29th August, you can use the PATCHs clinical request instead.

As with all new ventures, you can’t please everyone, but we would just like to clear up a few points about the new system:
📲We have opted to use the PATCHs triage system to make access to all routine appointments fairer to all patients and hopefully eliminating the 8am rush on the phones.
📲 All patients must answer the questions from PATCHs triage, however, if you do not have internet at home or you do not own a smart phone we are not going to make you go out any buy one to use this system. We will still have our fabulous team answering the phones who will be able to take you through the questions.
📲 All clinical requests will be looked at and triaged by a GP, this means a GP is directly deciding the most appropriate person and time for your appointment.

We just ask that you let us know as soon possible if you do not have access to the internet at home, we will not discriminate, we want to ensure all patients are treated fairly.

Once you have created and account with PATCHs, its done, and the platform itself is very easy to use, if you can create and use a Facebook or Instagram account you will be able to do this, and we want to help you get set up and show you how it works.
